Tips For Face Resistance Band Set
1. Basic Strength Training
Attach the metal carabiners at both ends of the resistance bands to the handles respectively. Step on the middle section of the band with your foot, grasp the handles and pull upward to work your arm and shoulder muscles. You can also secure the band to a door anchor or stable object for rowing and lat pulldown movements to train your back muscles.
2. Stretching and Rehabilitation Training
Hold one end of the resistance band in one hand and loop the other end around your foot or joint, then stretch slowly in the opposite direction for muscle relaxation or low-intensity post-surgery rehabilitation. Choose the band with the corresponding poundage to reduce resistance as needed.
3. Full-Body Comprehensive Training
Connect the buckles at both ends of the band to ankle straps or a door anchor, and perform lunges, side leg lifts and other movements to train your lower body. Overlap multiple bands to increase resistance, which meets the high-intensity training needs of large muscle groups like the chest and legs.
